[SGDC] Game Jam V: Voting and Participation Forms

Hello everyone, thank you to everyone that participated in Game Jam V, all of the submissions were great! Just a few things to take care of:

  *   For those of you that submitted games, please fill out the participation form that is attached below. If you completed a game in a team, only one member of the team needs to submit the form.

  *   The voting form is also attached below, it will be ranked choice so please select your top 3 games out of the submissions as well as the game that used the theme "Volatile" the best. The voting form will close next Monday night allowing us to give out prizes at our final meeting of the semester. If you participated in this Jam please attend that meeting so you can receive your prize should you win.
