*Just a few quick updates on EY event, Verizon One-on-Ones, Employment
Opportunities with Jacobs Engineering, and Scientista Intercollegiate
Symposium!*



*EY Event **time change***

Ernst & Young will be coming to campus today Wednesday October 7th in
Bissinger Room at *6PM.* Join us while we learn about the company and its
opportunities through a panel discussion. Since this is a SWE event,
members are allowed to come at 5:30PM for early networking. See flyer

*Verizon One-on-Ones*

Verizon is giving us a unique opportunity to learn how to fix our mistakes
before we make them! This one-on-one includes a resume review & a mock
interview. The sign-ups are for 1 hours; however, if there are time

*Jacobs Engineering Employment Opportunities *

Jacobs is currently looking for 2-3 entry level electrical engineers for
their rail department. They would have the opportunity to be part of a team
which would design mass transit systems for some of the largest rail
systems in the world. They are putting together a training/rotational
program where EEs would be exposed to traction power, signals, station
power, and communications over a one year period. Anyone interested can

*Scientist Intercollegiate Symposium*

Please email me directly if you are interested in attending and
representing Stevens SWE at this Conference in NYC. It is run by Microsoft
and is not funded by our chapter. If there a few members going, we can
start a group that travels together for a stronger Stevens representation! More
