[Sgdc] Reminder SGA Budgeting Meeting now in BC 122

Unfortunately there was a slight oversight by the CCSI and he forgot to 
send the typical email informing you all of the time of the meeting.

The budget meeting has started now in BC 122.

As always this meeting is open to all students.
