[Themaintainers] Maintainers email list migration

I think a useful thing is that the list is on the primary domain,
themaintainers.org.
The email host can change, but the name now belongs to the maintainers
(heh) of the name resolution and the list.
If it happens that themaintainers.org uses Google as an email host, that's
a sensible place to put the list.
