[Themaintainers] Maintainerati's Knowledge Production Initiative

Hey, everybody.

Maintainerati is an unconference <https://maintainerati.org/> for open
source software maintainers. It's held a number of great events, but until
recently if you weren't at one of the events, you'd have no way to know
what was discussed, thought through, or shared.

That's gonna change. Erin Taylor and Alexia Maddox have announced a new
initiative, called Knowledge Production, which will work to note and share
conversations from Maintainerati events.

Here's a list of the kinds of things they plan on recording/gathering and
sharing:

   - Taking notes in group discussions
   - Interviewing participants who want to have a say
   - Photographing things like flip charts and sticky notes
   - Preserving social media conversations about the event
   - Collecting participants’ feedback

It's a great idea. Please give your best to Erin and Alexia and wish them
lots of luck! And reach out to them to get involved if you're interested.
