[Wcpr-Members] Elections Tonight and IBS This Weekend!

Good Afternoon Everyone!

     Just wanted to give you all a friendly reminder that at tonight's meeting we will be holding elections for our future e-board!  Each candidate will give a speech explaining why they're perfect for the position and it's up to you to vote for the best candidate.  So please make sure you stop by this evening and make your vote count.

     In addition, the annual Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS) conference is happing this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. IBS is a wonderful opportunity to learn and expand your broadcasting knowledge as well as network with professionals in the industry.  Last year WCPR had the opportunity to network with Ministry of Sound radio, a famous dance club in England.  As a result, we scored some sweet syndicated shows.  More importantly, this event is open to the general body and anyone can go at anytime.

     If anyone is interested in going as a group, I will be heading there on Saturday to check things out.  If you'd like to come just make sure to send me an e-mail and we can determine a time to meet up.
